Ticketing

If you have not received your tickets or are having trouble opening the file through your email, you can access and print your ticket direct from the Moshtix website. Log into your Moshtix account, click the ‘Manage Tickets’  and then click on ‘Resend’. Here you will be able to email a new copy of the ticket to the same, or even a new email address.

On your Moshtix account, you also have the option to ‘View Ticket’, ‘Download PDF’ and ‘Add to Apple Wallet’.

If you created your booking as a Guest, you will need to register an account using the same email address that was used for the booking. To access your tickets, please Sign Up and your tickets will be waiting for you!

Also, please note your tickets may have been delivered to your junk, spam or promotions folder, rather than your inbox. To access your tickets, please click on the junk/spam/promotions tab within your email account, then move your confirmation/invoice email from Moshtix (with your tickets attached) to your inbox. SELLER FAQS

CAN I SELL MY TICKET TO MY FRIEND?

Unfortunately, sellers can’t nominate a preferred purchaser. Returned tickets go into a general ‘pool’ available for purchase by others.

WHAT IF MY FRIEND BOUGHT MY TICKET?

Tickets can only be offered for resale by the original purchaser of the tickets. If you are a ticket holder and wish to offer your ticket for resale, you will need to arrange the resale of your ticket with the original purchaser.

WHAT IF MY TICKET IS UNSOLD?

If your ticket remains unsold after midnight AEST Monday 7 Feb 2020, the ticket remains valid and is deemed the property of the original purchaser. You will still be able to use your ticket to attend the event. The resale fee will be refunded to the credit card used for this resale service charge, which may take 14 business days.

Sound levels and Taronga's Animals

The welfare of the remarkable animals in our care at Taronga Zoo Sydney is always our priority.

Fortunately, Taronga Zoo Sydney has more than 25 years’ experience in successfully hosting after-hours events, including the Twilight at Taronga  concerts, Vivid Sydney at Taronga Zoo and New Year’s Eve. Keepers and behavioural scientists monitor the animals and the environment during these events to ensure animal wellbeing is assured, and we are pleased that there have been no reported issues since the concerts began in 1996.

The Zoo measures noise levels periodically during the concerts and if the guidelines are accidentally exceeded, the volume is immediately reduced.

Taronga’s noise management protocol can be read here.

Additionally, Taronga Zoo’s animals also have access to the comfort and shelter of their night quarters and inside areas, but it’s not uncommon for certain animals to choose to remain outside during night events.

Taronga is a not for profit organisation and funds raised by the series directly benefit the Zoo’s wildlife programs.

This will ensure all guests receive the same great view. Oversize or inflatable chairs and bean bags are NOT permitted.

Chillazy chairs are available to pre-order with your concert tickets or, pending stock availability can be purchased or hired on the night. We recommend you purchase your Chillazy in advance to guarantee your seat as they are quite popular and often sell-out. Chillazy sit at ground level and can be used anywhere on the lawn.

We endeavour to provide as much notice as possible regarding any changes to performances due to weather, however as weather conditions are unpredictable this status may change at any time. The decision to delay or cancel a show is made by the Event Manager on site and can be made at any time up to or during the performance. Any changes to performance times due to weather will be communicated via the Twilight at Taronga’s social media channels and website.

Patrons accept that in purchasing a ticket they are paying for a performance that commences at approximately 7pm on the Concert Lawns at Taronga Zoo and that weather conditions prior to that time and in other parts of Sydney will not result in the performance being cancelled. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a concert night and acknowledge that a performance may be cancelled by Twilight at Taronga due to dangerous weather conditions at the time of or during the performance.

Twilight at Taronga is guided by the Consumer Code of Live Performance Australia with regard to refunds. For more information and to read the code, please click here.
