All patrons will need to follow the NSW Health guidelines.
Taronga Zoo Sydney’s beautiful outdoor harbourside location provides you with the chance to reconnect with our animals and nature and enjoy time safely with family and friends.
We’re committed to keeping you safe, but this does mean some changes to the usual experience which can be read in detail around our safety precautions, ticketing and guest experience.
Do I have to be fully vaccinated to visit Taronga Zoo Sydney?
Currently, in line with NSW Health Advice, only fully vaccinated people aged 16 years and over will be permitted to visit Taronga’s Zoos (in Sydney and in Dubbo). Guests will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon entry to the Zoo and check in using the Service NSW app.
All young people aged under 16 will be able to visit.
We will continue to monitor and adhere to guidelines set out by the NSW Government.
Will guests with COVID-19 medical exemptions be allowed to visit?
Yes. In line with the NSW Health advice, guests with a COVID-19 digital vaccine exemption certificate will be able to visit. Guests will need to show their COVID-19 digital vaccine exemption certificate on arrival.
What happens to my ticket if Twilight at Taronga cancel a show due to COVID-19?
If Twilight at Taronga need to cancel a show due to Covid-19, then all ticket holders will be refunded.
What happens if I have a ticket for Twilight at Taronga, but I can’t attend due to COVID-19?
If you have a ticket for Twilight at Taronga but cannot attend due to COVID-19, please reach out to us at email@example.com to arrange alternative options.
How will Twilight at Taronga be a COVID safe event?
Twilight at Taronga will follow the guidelines outlined by NSW Health with regards to social distancing, mask-wearing, Service NSW check-in, and any other requirements at the time.
